Question 1

What is a link-in-bio tool, and why does my business need one?

Accepted Answer

A link-in-bio tool turns the single link in your social media profile into a full mini-storefront — instead of sending followers to one static page, you can showcase every service you offer, show pricing, and let them take action immediately. BioBook takes this further by turning that link into a direct booking engine built specifically for service businesses.

Question 2

How does BioBook differ from generic link-in-bio tools?

Accepted Answer

Generic link-in-bio tools are just a list of static links — clients still have to hunt for prices, DM you for details, then figure out how to pay or book. BioBook is purpose-built for service businesses and WhatsApp-first conversations: each service card shows its own price, taps straight into a pre-filled WhatsApp message or a secure payment link, and (on Pro) routes automatically to the right team member. No generic link list gives you that out of the box.

Question 3

Do my clients need to download anything to book?

Accepted Answer

No. They just tap your link, browse your service cards, and tap Book — WhatsApp opens right away with a pre-filled message. If they already have WhatsApp (and who doesn’t?), it works instantly.

Question 4

What is the Hybrid Checkout, and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

BioBook lets you embed your own external payment link (Paystack, Flutterwave, Calendly, etc.) directly on a card. When a client taps it, they complete payment on your payment provider’s page, then send you a pre-filled WhatsApp confirmation. You get notified on WhatsApp every time.

Question 5

Can I direct customers to book appointments and chat with specific team members?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Pro plan you can set up team routing — assign a unique WhatsApp number to each service card, and when a client taps that service, they're sent directly to the right technician, stylist, or team member's WhatsApp to book and chat. Great for salons, studios, or any multi-person setup.

Question 6

I'm not tech-savvy. How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most service providers are live in under 30 minutes. Upload your service photos, write a short description, set your price, and share your link. No code, no designer needed.

Question 7

What happens after my 7-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

You choose the plan that fits — Starter or Pro. If you decide it’s not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged a thing.
